I acquired CuteBuyShoes.com earlier this week and I have been posting unique content and affiliate links on it. I'm still using the default WordPress theme because I haven't been able to find a theme that I like for that website yet.
So today is my first Monday without a job. Pretty boring. Today I reinstalled Vista on my computer to start fresh. I always forget about the time it takes to get things running the way you prefer. Reinstalling all of your programs, defining preferences, backing up your files, setting restore points, downloading and installing device drivers, ugh what a fun day!
So last week I learned the hard way that Amazon Associates will not allow the use of trademarks in web urls that link to their affiliate products. I was denied by Amazon associates the use of my domain Coolestandroidphones.com. So now I’m looking for another way to monetize that domain. That also wasted 8 hours of my day on Friday.

Well I’ve been busy busy busy lately. Between working, applying for a new job, and with summer being here, I have not had much time to work on any domaining, let alone update Androiddomainer.com. So I’m happy and sad to be unemployed as of tomorrow. Sad because I will not have any income, and my girlfriend might have to pay the full amount for rent. Happy because I will have plenty of time to incorporate more exercise and a healthy diet into my routine. I will also have the required time to dedicate to domaining.
I have a love hate relationship with Minnesota summers. There isn’t too much to do in the winter, then when summer hits, all of your weekends fill up and you don’t have time to think. So anyways, I just wrote this post as filler/rantings. What are your thoughts on summer?

I acquired another new domain yesterday, GrandpasSecretStash.com
I bought this domain to create an online store for my dad for Father’s Day coming up this weekend. This is my first online store and it will be a while before it will be fully operational, but at least I’ll be able to show him the work in progress on Sunday. I think it will be the perfect gift for someone who has everything anyone would ever want and more.
I installed an instance of ZenCart using Fantastico scripts. Super easy to install, now the difficult part will be finding all the files I need to modify and upload to make the store relevant to my dads merchandise. Wish me luck as this is yet another domaining learning experience.
UPDATE -
So Dad loved the website! He was amazed that I even had the knowledge to do such a thing. Now I just need to start working with him so we can get some more products listed in the store. The products will mostly be discount computer electronic. Wish us luck on this endeavor.

So today I registered CoolestAndroidPhones.com over at Moniker.com and pointed it to my hosting service. I intend to create a minisite and monetize it using Amazon Associates affiliate program. Now I just need to figure out how to paste their code into my website.
Well Androiddomainer.com has been live for one week now. I’m still trying to get the ball rolling here. Lots of learning to be done. I would like to acquire at least one new domain per week. And dedicate that week to building that domain and monetize those domains. This week I have purchased
